Olocot Maha Vidyalaya - Galle School Receives Our Books!

We are excited to receive news that our books have reached the Olocot Maha Vidyalaya - Galle School! Nine boxes full of books to fill their library were received in January and we appreciate their effort to send us photos of the delivery. This school has grades 1-12 and has roughly 1100 students who study there. We hope to learn more from them in the future about their accomplishments with respect to English literacy, and we hope our books can make a contribution to their hard work!

We appreciate Heshmi and Jayodh, our team members in Sri Lanka, for their dedication to our cause and for helping these books make it to their final destination! Heshmi has completed her Advanced Level Examination in Mathematics, which is a highly competitive exam that determines university admission in Sri Lanka. Jayodh is preparing for his Ordinary Level Examination, an important step that determines future university opportunities. We wish them both success as they work towards their dreams. We acknowledge and celebrate their commitment to advancing English literacy in Sri Lanka!
