Book Delivery to Create Patient Library at the James Cancer Hospital

We were proud to help establish a library of adult books for use by patients and their caregivers at The Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital in Columbus. Ohio. This cancer hospital is a top-rated hospital for cancer treatments in the US and it is located near our city center on the campus of The Ohio State University. Our team learned of the need for an adult library while at a local library event where Ms. Connie Flannery explained to us about the opportunity. Many members of our team have had family members battle cancer, and some of us have even been with them for treatment at The James Hospital. Riveen, Henry, Dinath, and Karl were excited to be there to assist with the delivery today!

The James Cancer Hospital and its affiliated Richard J. Solove Research Institute are part of The Ohio State University Medical Campus and are one of the National Cancer Institute's Comprehensive Cancer Centers.

Ms. Flannery is a Volunteer Program Manager at The James, and she felt that a collection of adult books could provide patients and their caregivers a moment of rest during their time at the hospital. and we were happy to collect adult books, especially for this cause. Today was a great opportunity for our team to expand our work to help others in our local community.
